I had to give a single star because there was no option for less! I'm really appalled by the service from 12v. I thought I was making a solid purchase when I saved up for a Sargent unit, but it showed up damaged! The box looked fine, so it must've been messed up before it was packed! When I brought this up, they claimed the damage happened during installation! We didn’t even try to install it; we just took it out of the box, saw the damage, and let them know right away! To be told it’s my fault and they can’t help me anymore is just outrageous! It feels like theft! They’ve taken nearly £200 from me and left me with a broken product, without offering any help at all. Seriously, steer clear of this company! Shame on you, 12v!

Awesome support from this team. I've shopped with them before, and the quality of their products and service was top-notch. But today, they really outdid themselves—service was off the charts! I ordered a few parts but accidentally left out a couple of switches. I reached out to them, letting them know I’d call back to add those switches and pay for them. They got back to me super fast, saying it was all good and they’d added the switches for free. Incredible customer care, and I really appreciate it!
